MUI En Español para Microsoft Office 2010 RTM 14.0.4734.1000 x86 [MU/Links Propios]
Gracias a un usuario de W7H nos dimos cuenta de que ya existia en la red, la MUI para traducir la nueva build del office, este pack pesa 400 mbs, y lo podras descargar aqui, me tome el tiempo de subirlo a Megaupload, despues del salto estan las descargas y capturas.

Acabo de activar el office 14.0.4734, hace 5 minutos de este modo:

1. Browse to c:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedOFFICE14Office Setup Controller folder, right-click on “pkeyconfig-office.xrm-ms” file, Open Properties, click Security > Advanced > Owner > Edit > Administrators, click Apply then Ok.
2. Again open properties of the same file, click Security > Advanced > Edit > select Administrators and click Edit then click on “Full Control”, click Apply then Ok.
3. Reboot in safe mode.
4. Replace ‘pkeyconfig-office.xrm-ms’ file with the downloaded file.
5. Start > Run > type “services.msc” without quotes, find “Software Licensing” service and stop the service.
Yo no encontré este servicio para detenerlo, pero funcionó de todas formas la activación
6. Browse to c:ProgramDataMicrosoftOfficeSoftwareProtectionP latform Replace the tokens.dat file with the downloaded file.
7. Restart the system.

If you are installed Windows Vista or Windows 7 in other drive then, you need to use the corresponding drive letter in place of C.
